Company History:

Net Gain Business Consultants” was founded as “J. Giaimo Capital Management Consulting” on
January 1st 1997.  Professional business and accounting consultant, founder and company President
Jason Giaimo earned a Masters Degree with a Finance concentration from Washington University in
St. Louis (an "Ivy League" University, rated in the top 10 Universities nationally).  His undergraduate
degree is in Management & International Affairs from a private American College in London,
England.

Jason has lived and studied in London, England, Cairo, Egypt, St. Louis Missouri, Anchorage
Alaska & San Francisco, California, and speaks Spanish, English and some Arabic.  He has traveled
extensively throughout Europe & the near east, and has spoken at numerous Accounting professional
conferences.  He has also had several articles published in Finance related professional journals.

As a Professional Business & Accounting Consultant, Jason Giaimo has developed a large network
of clients and business contacts in many cities nation-wide, including numerous Fortune 500
companies.  Former clients include: Accenture, British Petroleum, Unocal, Citadon (a San Francisco
'dot-com'), Moody's/KMV, Boeing/McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, Columbia HCH, Anheuser
Busch, Baker Hughes, Computer Task Group, and Schlumberger.  He has held the positions of
CFO, Controller an Accounting Consultant amongst others.

Most recently, Mr. Giaimo has served as a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) auditor for a semiconductor firm,
and as Controller - North America for a global Public Relations firm.  Jason has been Interim-
Controller for various start-up and “dot-coms” in San Francisco, where he reorganized, merged and
streamlined operations resulting in documented potential cost savings of $1.2 million per year for one
client.  Jason is an experienced cost-cutter, even saving one client $30,000 on his first day.
